These images are from my body of work “Requiem for a Farmwife” and shot throughout the Upper Midwest and Great Plains, which are dotted with farmhouses and small towns deserted for decades, many since the Great Depression. All works are archival pigment prints with encaustic and oils, mounted on cradled panels.
